Has your loved one experienced unexpected clarity before passing?

This is an educational self-reflection tool, not a clinical diagnostic instrument. It is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological evaluation.

1.Did your loved one — who had been unresponsive or cognitively impaired — suddenly become alert and coherent?

2.Did they recognize and speak to family members they hadn't acknowledged in weeks or months?

3.Did this lucid episode occur within the final days or hours of their life?

4.Did they express meaningful final thoughts, wishes, or messages during this lucid period?

5.Did the medical team find this episode unexpected or medically unexplainable?
