Operational review order

Medical Review Priority Queue

The queue prioritizes pages where an error could most directly affect health, crisis, treatment, or workplace decisions. Priority is not a claim that a page is inaccurate.

Fail-closed status

Pages remain “editorial review only” during recruitment and review. “In review” is not equivalent to “medically reviewed,” and completed status requires every public reviewer field defined in the policy.

Tier 1

Clinical safety and action

Prioritize because readers may use the page when making health, crisis, treatment, or workplace decisions.
